1). I want to buy a specific CD product, how do I order it?
You can select the product from any of the listed categories at our online store. Once you have selected the product click on the icon ‘Buy Now'. ‘Buy Now' adds the selected product to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products in the shopping cart according to your preference and can even add new products by clicking on ‘Continue Shopping'. After finalizing your order in the shopping cart, please click on ‘Proceed for Payment'
Clicking on icon “Proceed for Payment' will take you to ‘Easy Transmit. Com' a secured payment gateway for our online stores. The payment process consists of 5 easy steps.
Step 1: This is the first step. Here, if you are an existing customer of IndiaCDhub.com, you can login with your user name and password and obtain special discount on your current purchase. If you are a new customer, you will be entitled to this discount for your subsequent purchases from IndiaCDhub.com. The user name and password will be emailed to you on receiving your initial order.

Please fill in the billing and shipping address on this page. After completing this form proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Confirm your order details
You can change your address and product details on this page.
Step 4: Select your Payment Option
You can choose either the offline or online payment option. The offline payment options include order by VPP, Demand Draft/Cheque or by Cash on Delivery (COD). While the online payment options include payment through Master/Visa Credit Card, Online bank Transfer, Other Credit Cards like Diners Club, Citibank, and PayPal.
Step 5: Pay and Check Out
This is the final step where you make the payment for the order and check out.
2). What are my payment options?
We provide multiple payment options to you. You can pay us through VPP, Demand Draft, Cheque or Cash on Delivery COD.
Please note that COD is valid only in Delhi and NCR region.
The online payment options include payment through Master/Visa/Amex/Discover/CityBank/ JCB Credit Card, Net banking Transfer, and PayPal.
Master/Visa Credit Card: You can make payment through any Master or Visa Credit Card. Please make note that Payseal is an Indian payment gateway from ICICI Bank. All US $ orders are converted to Indian Rupees for charging on the payment gateway. Due to exchange rate fluctuations there maybe a slight variation in the amount reflected in your credit card statement.
Online bank transfer/ Net Banking: You can make payment by online bank transfer if you have a bank account with any of the following banks - HDFC Bank, Citibank, UTI Bank, Oriental Bank of commerce, IDBI Bank, Global Trust Bank, Centurian Bank, Federal Bank, Bank of Punjab.
Other Credit Cards: You can make payment by other credit cards like American Express, Diners Club charge card, JCB cards, Citibank E-cards Master and Visa credit Cards.
PayPal: You can also use our payment gateway with PayPal for credit card payment or transfer through your Paypal account.
3). I am little hesitant regarding online credit card transaction? How safe is it?
We appreciate the security concerns of our valued customers and all our online payment options are 100% foolproof. Please be ensured that your credit card information is not divulged to anyone, not even to us.
4). What happens in case the product ordered is not in stock with you?
Generally, we stock all products that we sell however there can be an instance when a certain product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 6-10 days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the possible date of shipment.
5). I am interested to know about your shipping charges, how much I will be required to pay for the product shipped to me?
The shipping charges are determined on the weight of the products to be shipped. The shopping cart calculates the total payable amount and it is reflected in your order form.
6). What about the custom duties?
Normally, US and other European Countries do not levy custom duties on our products. However, in case the destination country levies custom duties, you will be requested to borne its charges.
7). Is there a way to track my order?
You can track your order anytime by simply entering the order number in our state of the art tracking software that will give you a complete status of your order including the product and shipment details. Besides this we will also provide regular update to you via emails about the status of your order.
When you place an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed. We will also send the Airway Bill number of the Courier Company to you so that you can track its status directly from the site of the courier service. Finally, when your order is delivered you will receive e-mail informing you about the date, time of the order delivered.
8). In how many countries you ship the CD products?
We ship within India via Blue Dart while outside India CD products are shipped through FedEx.
9). How long will you take to deliver my order?
We ship within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. All the confirmed orders placed by 5:00 PM IST are shipped the same day. Orders received on a Sunday or on a national holiday are shipped the next working day.
Shipment Delivery
Courier within India: 24 to 72 hours
By Speed Post within India: 3 to 10 days
By VPP with in India: 7 to 10 days
Courier outside India: 72 to 96 hours
When the order is shipped via courier, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in case you have chosen the option of delivery via normal post, we will be able to provide you only a receipt of dispatch by the Postal Department as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.
10). Can I make multiple order of the same item?
You can make multiple order of the same item however there can be an instance when a certain product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 3-4 business days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the date of shipment in 7 business days.
11). I was wondering whether you have any kind of return and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return most of the items with full refund. The items must be returned in their original form, should be without any marking and unused. Read More
12). Can I send these products as gifts?
You can send these products as gifts anywhere across the world. In the order form you are requested to fill in the Delivery Address of the person you wish to send the gift and we will ensure that he/she receives the gift. The recipient will receive the gift immaculately wrapped with your personalized message printed in a greeting card.
13). Could you please tell me about your privacy policy?
We give complete respect to your privacy. Your personal information is not shared with anyone for whatsoever reasons and your email id is used only to inform you about the status of your order. Please also note that it is only after your prior consent we send a newsletter at your email id to update you regarding the arrival of new products and special discounts available at our online store.
