All the confirmed orders received by 5 PM IST are shipped the same day. Orders outside India are couriered via FedEx while orders within India are shipped through Blue Dart. If courier service is not available for a particular place within India, the products are sent through the service of the Indian Postal Department.
When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in case the products are delivered through Indian Postal Services we will be able to provide you with only a receipt of dispatch by the Indian Postal Department as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.
Please note that there can be an instance when an order of large quantity is placed which might take some time to procure and this can present delays in the shipment of your order. In such a situations you will be informed of the nature of delay and expected timeframe for shipment of your order
